Will a logo in the middle break my QR code?
A small logo is fine because QR codes carry error correction. Keep it under about a quarter of the width, use high error correction, and always test a scan.
What colours keep a QR code scannable?
Use a dark code on a light background with strong contrast. Light dots on a dark background or two similar colours are the most common reasons a designed code fails to scan.
How should I test a QR code before printing?
Scan it with at least two different phones at the size you will print. Check it from a normal reading distance and confirm it opens the correct address.
