About Toolipedia

Toolipedia is a free website with 1028 online tools: file converters, PDF tools, image, audio and video editors, calculators, text and developer tools, generators, QR codes and many small helpers for everyday jobs. It is available in 10 languages, and every tool has its own page.

Why we made it

Most online tool sites ask you to sign up, add watermarks, limit how often you can use a tool, or bury the tool under pages of ads. We wanted the opposite: open the page, use the tool, get the result.

How it works

• Many tools run entirely in your browser. Your files and text stay on your device and are never uploaded. These tools are marked with a lightning bolt.
• Tools that need more power, such as video conversion, OCR or office document conversion, send the file to our server. It is processed and deleted right after the conversion.
• Tools do not use AI models. They use standard, well-known algorithms, so the same input gives the same result.

Languages

The whole site, including every tool, its instructions and its search terms, is translated into 10 languages. If you find a mistake in a translation, please tell us on the Contact page.

Free to use

Toolipedia is free for everyone. The site may show advertising to pay for the servers and the work of keeping it running and growing. Ads never change the result of a tool.
