    Frequently asked questions

Will the PDF keep my slide notes?

By default the PDF contains the slides only. Speaker notes are normally left out, so export notes pages separately if you need them.

Can I get several slides on one PDF page?

This tool makes one page for each slide. To put several on a page, print the PDF with a handout layout or arrange it with another tool.

Why did a font change in my PDF?

If a font is not available on the server, a similar one replaces it. Using common fonts, or embedding fonts in your file, helps keep the look.

    Is PowerPoint to PDF free?

Yes. PowerPoint to PDF on Toolipedia is free to use, with no sign-up and no watermark.

    Is it safe to use?

Yes. Your files travel over an encrypted connection, are processed automatically, and are deleted as soon as the result is ready. Nobody looks at them.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It works in any modern browser on Android and iPhone, as well as on tablets and computers. There's nothing to install.

How big can my files be?

Up to 200 MB in total. You can add several files at once.

    Do I need an account?

No. Just open the page and use the tool. There's no sign-up and no email needed.
