Will the timer ring if I switch tabs?
Usually yes, but some browsers throttle background tabs, so the alarm may be slightly late. Keep the tab visible or in its own window for best accuracy.
Can I pause the timer and continue later?
Use the pause control to stop the count, then press start again to continue from where it stopped. Resetting returns it to the time you originally set.
Why is there no sound when the timer ends?
Check that your device volume is up and the tab is not muted. Some browsers also block sound until you have clicked on the page once, so press start yourself instead of reloading.
